We’re on the pursuit of happiness!

What makes you happy? Create your own list of things that improve your mood.

  • CHAT – to a friend or family member
  • MOVE – go for a walk, exercise or use a punching bag (endorphins are great!!)
  • RELAX – Meditate, deep breathing or visualisation
  • LISTEN – to your favourite music
  • CREATE – Art/Read/Sing/Dance/Create something
  • READ – your favourite book
  • WATCH – your favourite movie
  • DO – something that makes you feel proud and accomplished. Finish something & reward yourself!

Now it’s your turn! You can refer to this list anytime you need to get yourself out of a ‘funk’

 

About our Mental Health Week 5 day Challenge

During Mental Health Week we are asking our social media friends to join us for a 5-day Challenge!

We will be focusing on a few keys areas and sharing lots of tips to help you overcome challenges and be the best version of yourself. Including Sleep Hygiene, Healthy Habits, Communication, Stress Management and everyday Wellbeing.
