Erin is an experienced leader with a diversified skill set and immense energy. Her area of expertise is operationalising strategy, a skill transferable across industry and setting. In her current role as SA Water’s Manager Capital Planning she is accountable for managing the Corporation’s $2 billion capital investment program.
Erin has leadership experience in strategy deployment, change management, lean business process improvement, information technology, governance, community engagement, finance, project management and driving high performing cultures. Erin is currently a mentor in various industry programs, executive officer of a number of SA Water Executive Committees, and a member of the SA Institute of Public Administration Events Committee.
