  • Deciding to choose growth and stepping out of your comfort zone
  • How habits are learned and maintained

DAY 5

  • Learning tools that create positive habits of thoughts, actions and feelings
  • How to be the ‘hero’ of your own life in a practical sense

DAY 6

  • Goal planning – long and short term goals and tools to support these plans in action
  • Communication codes and their daily impact
  • Taking ownership of your communication, responding and not reacting in situations

DAY 7

  • Owning problems
  • Taking control of your communication and aiming for win/win outcomes with others

  • Impact of reputations and how to change them
  • Choosing Growth as a habit

  • Reflection and celebration of their achievements
  • Preparation for their Graduation

  • Graduation where students publically affirm their learning and growth, and to state who they want to be in their now and in their futures
