Community 360 Lead (Educator for Parents and Community)

Do you aspire to help change the lives of young people, educators and parents for the better? Young People who complete Youth Opportunities Personal Leadership Programs gain improved levels of confidence, increased school attendance and attainment. Educators and parents gain tools and strategies to better support their young people with enhanced knowledge of the teenage brain, communication strategies and other evidence driven resources. As a Community 360 (C360) Lead, you will work towards being part of cultural change in schools as well as work with a progressive and wellbeing focused organisation driving the links to the supportive adults around these young people.

Our programs and services are built on 25+ years’ experience of working with young people, are evidence-based and underpinned by a range of psychological theories. Designed to empower the individual to focus on developing long-term happiness, setting and achieving goals, increasing motivation, developing positive communication, enhancing confidence, and improving relationships.  

About the Role:

The C360 Lead is a crucial role within the Programs and Services Team, liaising with schools, educators, parents and other stakeholders to empower adults with tools to optimise how they support the Young People in their lives. 

The role will ensure effective development, planning and delivery of the key elements of the C360 model including workshops, webinars, digital engagement resources and more.  As a skilled educator, you will also have the opportunity to engage directly with young people through our leadership programs. This ensures alignment between what young people are experiencing and the C360 resources, supporting continuous improvement for our adults, parents, schools and educators. 

You could be part of an opportunity to grow and meet the needs of young people and communities nationally. Working closely with the delivery team, admin support and colleagues across the organisation you will be a lynch pin in the process of change.
