The Carbine Club SA helps raise more than $10,000 for Youth Opportunities

Youth Opportunities was delighted to once again be the charity of choice at The Carbine Club SA’s luncheon to launch the V8 series in Adelaide earlier this week. More than 400 guests were in attendance at the lunch held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The audience was entertained by three very special guest speakers, V8 Supercar drivers, Simona de Silvestro, Will Davidson and Tim Slade.

With thanks to our generous supporters who donated an exciting array of prizes for the main raffle; the lunch helped raise more than $10,000 in funding for Youth Opportunities. Adelaide Casino donated an impressive $2500 voucher to Sean’s Kitchen, Coopers Brewery generously provided four tickets to their marquee at the upcoming Balaklava Race Day, to the value of $1200 and Tomich Wines gave us a magnum of their 2014 Woodside Pinot Noir, to the value of $150.

We would like to thank The Carbine Club SA for their support of Youth Opportunities year on year, the guests on the day who gave so generously and our supporters who continue to help empower young people across South Australia.
