Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Grants Manager to join our team! In this key role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing funding that supports programs empowering youth to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

You’ll work on the entire grants process—identifying funding opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, and showcasing our impact through clear, compelling reports. Collaboration will be at the heart of your work as you partner with program leaders and our finance team to align funding needs, meet grant requirements, and build strong relationships with our funders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in grant programs or project administration/management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, problem solving skills, ability to adapt and respond to emerging opportunities or issues, and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of grant funding sources, application processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports
• Ability to manage grant agreements and compliance with funding guidelines and high levels of governance
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder expertise, with a collaborative approach to fostering relationships.
