  • The program aims to build and maintain positive self-image and increased happiness through 9 evidence-based tools.

HOW THIS LICENCED PROGRAM IS DELIVERED IN YOUR SCHOOL

  • Standard class size of Year 5 to 6 students
  • Nine 45-minute lessons (aligned to the Australian Currilculum)
  • 1 facilitator i.e. classroom teacher for program delivery
  • Access to online Moodle platform, includes session plans & resources for program delivery
