Youth Opportunities makes every effort to make all of our personal leadership programs accessible to as many young people as possible. Our mission is to empower and equip young people with the tools and skills to thrive, regardless of a student’s background, culture, religion, or financial situation.
We do this by where possible, offering program subsidies to enable young people facing disadvantage or disengagement to take part in the program.
To partner with Youth Opportunities, we encourage you to reach out to us today, and let’s work together to help positively shape the lives of more young people!
In 2022 we partnered with 33 schools across South Australia, graduating 923 students through our face-to-face Personal Leadership Program. Additionally, we partnered with councils, community groups, group training organisations, and workforce partners to support the personal leadership development of their young people.
To accommodate for individual school, workforce, or group requirements and locations, we offer different delivery methods and encourage you to look at our full range of programs and services to find a program that meets your needs.

Not only do our trainers and coaches receive support in their skills at delivering the program, but they actually participate in the program themselves, enabling them to personalise the theories and better understand the journey of a young person in the Personal Leadership Program.
Professional and personal development includes internal and external training that aligns with our program concepts. This includes:
As well as our face-to-face and online Personal Leadership Program, there are other ways that Youth Opportunities can support your school.

Creating cultural change within a school is not just about educating students. We provide personal development opportunities and courses to teachers so they can develop a better understanding of the program and concepts for both professional application and personal growth.
By providing an alternative learning model within a school setting, our program builds the capabilities of teaching staff to support young people. This has led to an increase in staff skills, improved staff and student relationships and increased student retention.
