Our vision is a world where all young people have opportunities to be their best.
Through a range of wellbeing, enterprise and personal leadership programs, we equip young people to overcome adversity and build resilience to help them reach their full potential. Our programs are designed to empower the individual, and focus on developing long-term happiness, setting and achieving goals, increasing motivation, developing positive communication, enhancing confidence and improving relationships.
Our programs & services
Personal Leadership Program
Youth Opportunities Personal Leadership Program is a wellbeing and life skills training program that provides young people with the tools and skills to increase in confidence, self-worth, and motivation, helping them to build resilience, and overcome adversity throughout their lives.
Graduate Engagement Program
To ensure the sustainably of outcomes and reinforce program concepts, Personal Leadership Program graduates receive follow-up support for two years after completing the program. Follow-up includes coaching, workshops and more.
Scholarship Program
To support graduates facing financial hardship to pursue and achieve their academic goals, we provide financial aid, career guidance, and academic tutoring scholarships along with scholarships toward university degrees.
360 Parent & Teacher Support
Workshops and resources to support parents and caregivers understand program content, and extend their knowledge in the areas of wellbeing and resilience.
Thrive Online
Thrive Online is the 10 week Personal Leadership Program reimagined. Thrive Online gives schools the flexibility to tailor the program to suit student needs, and deliver core components of the Personal Leadership Program in a modularised format. Thrive Online builds the leadership and enterprise skills of students, while giving them a clearer sense of future direction so they thrive in school, work and life.

Customisable programs and services that can be adapted to meet the needs of services and organisations who work with young people.
